We have taught and facilitated hundreds of leadership development sessions in over 50 countries, five continents, ranging from 2 to 10 days each, with groups from 12 to 40 managers and executives per session, helping them to increase their cultural competence and be more effective at managing change in themselves, their organizations and their environment, and at delivering results. Key to the success of these sessions include: a) creating safe environments, conducive to learning, where all participants can feel heard and included; and b) coaching participants individually or in groups to maximize their learning and transformation experience.
In addition, we served as executive coaches and faculty for about 15 years in a nationally recognized leadership development program for women.
