Christina Scott

Consultant & Coach

Christina Scott is a change agent, with over 15 years of experience, grounded in education and public service. She believes that organizations should be places that maximize the gifts of others and allow people to bring their true selves into the work that they do. To that end, she coaches and collaborates with executive leaders, teams, and organizations to improve performance, culture, and stakeholder value.

She began her professional career as a Teach for America corps member, working predominantly with students and communities of color. Her work as an educator has helped her to see the importance of understanding one’s own bias, privilege, and cultural lens when helping to unveil the lenses of others. She has brought that lens to the work she does with individuals, teams, and organizations.

In alignment with her passion for equity, diversity, inclusion, and cultural transformation, Christina earned a Master of Science in Organization Development from American University. She also holds a Master of Arts in Urban Education from University of Maryland, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Fordham University.

Christina has a passion for connecting people to others and to themselves. At the root of connection, she believes, is the gift to know ourselves more broadly and deeply. When she is not working on her master plan to change the world, she enjoys traveling, listening to all types of music, and inciting dance parties whenever possible.
