Ramiro is a fully bilingual, English & Spanish, Consultant and Executive Coach, with Inspired-Inc., specialized in Leadership Development, Team Building, Change Management and Multi-generation teams.

In the last 30 years he has developed and coached top regional/global Fortune-500 leaders and their teams in many organizations in Latin America in the industries of financial, high tech services, pharmaceutical, massive consumer products, as well as a  diversity of NGO’s and development agencies.

Some of his clients have been: Microsoft, Novartis, Citigroup, Ericsson, Coca Cola, Roche, Bayer, World Bank, Colgate Exxon, CARE, World Vision International, U.N. Women, UNFPA and Plan International.

With sharp skills to laser-focus on the issues blocking problem solving or personal/ team and organizational development, he links processes, people, and culture, to uncover the real organizational problem, applying his insight-provoking, coaching/facilitation and empathy skills.

Dealing with cultural resistance and hidden conflict using a systemic cultural framework are his basic approaches to develop successful organizations. This combination drives leaders and their teams to discover new perspectives, enables them to solve key issues, and strengthens their effectiveness.

He has taught at different LatAm Universities, published in specialized coaching and HR magazines, and spoken at International HR and Coaching Conferences. Since 2001, he is a Faculty and Coach for Mercer, has been trained in state of the art Leadership Frameworks and Energy Patterns in New York City and coached top LatAm regional Executives. He also leaded the LatAm Board branch of “The International Consortium for Coaching in Organizations”.

An Electronics Engineer and Psychologist, with post graduate studies in Applied Mathematics at Stanford University he did 10 years of clinical private practice and has been President of Ponce & Associates for 30 years. Ramiro is a Professional Certified Coach (P.C.C.) of the International Coaching Federation (I.C.F.)

In 2020 he published his book GERENTE DEL CAMBIO.

He lives in Guatemala City with his Mexican wife and son.
