Henar Marron is a consultant and coach with Inspired-Inc., focused on leadership and organization development. She is an HR Director used to leading in fast-paced, ever-changing environments where talent development and adaptability are essential.
She believes that everything can be learnt if the right passion, drive and support are linked together. Honesty, empathy, courage, respect and trust are her key drivers.
Henar has an international background; she has lived in Spain, Germany, and the US. She has worked in very diverse and international environments, where she put the focus on inclusion and cross-cultural awareness.
Her early career started as a consultant in Accenture, where she led strategic projects, IT implementations, and organization design processes. She learned about different industries, mainly retailers and natural resources companies. Henar has since spent more than 15 years leading numerous teams. She has guided different company culture shift processes by promoting training and coaching, open and transparent communication, and appropriate organizational development. Throughout her journey she became a coach and unpacked one of her passions: partnering with human beings to help them to be in touch with their best selves.
Henar is very committed to support young generations to discover their passion and has led initiatives to reduce the high unemployment rate among those under 25. She has developed partnerships with governments, educational institutions and parent organizations. Henar has spoken at conferences, and shared experiences and best practices at HR panels.
She earned her Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership. In addition, Henar holds an executive MBA and a BA in Mathematics, both from Spain. She is certified in DISC and EQi 2.0 and has conducted and designed numerous trainings.
Henar’s strength as a consultant, mentor and coach lies in her ability to bring together her analytical skills and experience setting up and running HR departments to partner with leaders to navigate transitions and achieve their potential. She is fluent and works extensively in English and Spanish.
