Uli Rodgers

Ulrike (“Uli”) Rodgers is a results-focused, globally-thinking organizational development consultant and leadership coach. She joined the Inspired Inc. team in 2025. Her focus is on helping leaders thrive in cross-cultural work environments, and facilitating collaboration in international organizations and private sector companies. Her work is guided by the philosophy that leaders need to know themselves and be authentic to catalyze the changes they want to see around them. Uli’s approach is grounded in 25 years leading teams dedicated to promoting democracy in
international political and development organizations.
She began her global career at the Council of Europe in Strasburg/France working with political leaders and diplomats on the integration of Eastern European countries and former Soviet republics into the European legal human rights framework. She worked extensively in Russia, Ukraine, the Caucuses and the Balkans. After relocating to the United States, her focus shifted to the African continent. For nearly 20 years, she was involved in facilitating peaceful transitions from autocratic regimes to pluralistic democracies, working with government officials, parliamentarians, civil society and political party leaders.
As coach and facilitator, Uli combines a deep and lived understanding of human complexity with laser sharp political and organizational analysis. She has a proven track record of empowering individuals seeking to drive positive change within themselves and their environment. Uli draws strength and inspiration for impactful leadership and organizational development from her lifelong passion for horses. She is an avid equestrian and lives on a small horse farm in Maryland’s Agricultural Reserve with four equines, three dogs and three cats. She is also an active volunteer in animal rescue and nature conservation organizations, and loves to cook and bake for friends and family.
A native of Germany, Uli holds a Master’s degree from the Institut ‘d’Etudes Politiques in Strasbourg and a History degree from the Université Montpellier III (France). She is certified by Georgetown University’s Executive Leadership Coaching program. Fluent in English, French, and German, she offers trilingual coaching and facilitation services. She is also studying Spanish and aspires to add Cervantes’ language to her portfolio in the near future.
